Two trends clashed together: neon and spikes! I am totally in love with these pair of flats. I prefer calling them statement flats because they blend two different trends that no one would imagine they would work out so well together. I would love to wear those flats with some jeans, a white t-shirt, a navy over knee coat, and a bold neon pink necklace.
